DESCRIPTION: Lee & Associates is the 4th largest commercial real estate company in the United States. They were about to embark on an important milestone, their 25th year in business. They requested that we develop something to raise awareness of this milestone. We created this brochure as a credibility-building tool, to describe the history and unique practices that have brought Lee & Associates so much success. Since it was a 25-year anniversary, we used a classic graphic style reminiscent of the late 1970s and early 1980s.
